Special thanks to Ellen, Laura and Paul for supporting me throughout from arranging the funeral, the chapel of rest and support, help and guidance. The day itself was done with compassion and ensuring all requests and wishes were met smoothly which allowed me to grief respectfully and celebrate their life.

You all looked after my mum as expected but the guy on the day who introduced himself to me was great he guided me through the day and what I needed to do and just made everything so much easier having people like that around, you made my mums final day a proud one

I would like to thank Laura and Paul for supporting our family through a difficult time and offering suggestions for the funeral. The little touches of the service we were very impressed with, supporting our mum with Alzheimers all the way through the service. Thank you from our family.

Both Paul and Laura have been amazing throughout, showing kindness and professionalism whilst caring for my mum. I am so grateful to have found an amazing team, my mum was in the best hands. September I lost my beautiful loving dad and I honestly don’t know what I would of done without these caring , patient people 🙏🏻 I was deep in grief where there was days I couldn’t get out of bed or eat or stop crying 😢 this team supported me to prepare me to give my dad the most perfect cremation in which I know he will be proud , the staff listened a lot to me on the phone , attention to detail in absolutely everything down to dressing my beautiful dad for me , organising flowers for me , the order of service booklets which was beautiful, On the day of the funeral the staff brought my dad to the cremation and the staff was again so caring with my dad , so respectful and so lovely with our family and guest 🙏🏻 Paul the owner greeted us and also after the service stayed to speak to me , Thank you all for absolutely everything 🙏🏻 I will be forever grateful love Maxine Ellis & Fanily xxxx
